SJ Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Social Media Advertising, Google/YouTube Ads, and Website Creation. All services are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) which will be provided to clients upon engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SJ Media and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SJ Media.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the website in any way that:
- Is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
- Is in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

In no event shall SJ Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
